[GRASS-PSC] [Motion] Approve Linda's proposal for GRASS mini grant

Dear all,

As previously discussed, I hereby propose that we approve and accept Linda
Kladivova's application for the GRASS mini grant for students and that we
issue the first payment as described here:
https://grasswiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Student_Grants.

Linda's proposal is to continue working on the Single window to improver
user experience.
