[GRASS-PSC] [OSGeo-Discuss] Mailing lists to discourse migration

Hi all,
After reading all the emails on this topic (which funnily enough are split
here and there and not in the same thread), I think there's no rush to
decide. I have put it on the agenda for our February PSC meeting.
What Luca says sounds interesting if indeed it allows people to get
everything on the mailing list and answer from there. In general, however,
I tend to agree with Markus that we should avoid too much fragmentation. In
the end, it's only a bunch of us usually answering over already too many
platforms.
Anyway, let's see how this evolves for projects already in discourse and
discuss the topic during our next meeting. What do you think?
Have a great entrance to 2024! Cheers!
Vero
