[GRASS-PSC] Stepping down

Thank you all for your kind words !

GRASS GIS and, especially, its community, has given me too much for me 
to just completely abandon it. I just don't have the time right now to 
occupy a position that someone else would fill better. And yes, Jeff, 
impossible to get FOSS4G out of one's blood :-)
