[GRASS-PSC] Proposal: Registration of a Zenodo community group for the GRASS GIS project

Hi Peter,

There is already a GRASS GIS community on Zenodo:

https://zenodo.org/communities/grass/

Pietro Zambelli is the current maintainer. Can you take a lead on this and
ask Pietro to share or transfer the management to you and another active
project representative?
