[GRASS-PSC] Does the GRASS GIS project needs a Contributor License Agreement (CLA)?

Recently, the Geonetwork OpenSource project brought up a

"Contributor License Agreement (CLA) for contributions to GeoNetwork
repositories"

this purpose:

I wonder if we need a CLA as well?
