Dear PSC,

Let me propose Linda Karlovska (https://github.com/lindakladivova) to be
accepted as a core developer.

Linda has contributed relevant improvements (ie. single layout window mode) and fixes to various parts of GUI code base:

According to RFC 1 [3] all PSC members will then need to vote in a separate motion.
