Hi Hernán,

Thanks for drafting the text!

As discussed privately, and because we are so close to the date, I suggest
starting the nomination procedure one week later, i.e. on Sep 16th, so
during this week you send out the call as CRO and I can check if there are
new contributors entitled to vote. Also because the announcement set
September 15th as the last day to get PRs merged or tell us if they didn't
appear in the voters list.

Would you mind actually creating the wiki page with the content and we edit
directly there? It's much easier than going through an email. For the
wording about seats that will be renewed and whose seats are those, I think
you can use the announcement.
