[STATSGRASS] raster cross-stats

Hi!

One suggestion:

r.statistics should have the option of having a table as output
(similar to r.surface), where the categories would be the rows
and the different statistics (men, ver, median, etc) would be
the columns. This would be an alternative, more compact
format than the current rasters. Also, this table would be
easy to be read from R for ulterior analysis.
