[STATSGRASS] Re: installing R grass on cygwin

I have started to improve the GRASS/R installation page. While
it is rather easy on UN*X based systems, it is more tricky
on MS-Windows (to fulfil the requirements).

Could some (experienced) winGRASS user try the installation
of R and the GRASS/R interface?:

In general it *is* running on MS-Windows (we have that here),
but I cannot recall all steps we did as installation was done
months ago.

Hoping for improvement suggestions for above page,
especially for the MS-Windows part.
