[STATSGRASS] Fresh release (0.2-15) of R/GRASS interface on CRAN

I do not usually advertise revisions of the R/GRASS interface - this time
is an exception, because it corrects a possibly serious and misleading
bug in displaying data within R. 

The plot method for grassmeta objects accepts a breaks= argument, but
until the present release, this argument was not being used in all
situations correctly by the underlying image() function painting the
raster values. This meant that when a legend was made using the assigned
breaks, the legend was correct, but the spatial distribution of painted
values was not necessarily so. How far they differed depended on the data.  

I believe that this bug is now fixed, but would welcome reports and
comments.
