[STATSGRASS] sp 0.7-10, spgrass6 0.1-4

The necessary revisions have been made in the sp package for spgrass6 to
work again, and sp_0.7-10 is now on CRAN. The matching spgrass6_0.1-4 is
on the R-spatial repository on Sourceforge. The code underlying the
GRASS-News article has been run without problems on this combination - not
that spgrass6_0.1-4 depends on sp >= 0.7-10.

The difficulties were caused by retrofiiting something we learned with the 
original GRASS package to sp, that using data frames for storing larger 
rasters is not efficient, and that an attribute list is a better 
alternative.

We are still looking for ways to get the interface working under 
Cygwin/Windows.
