[STATSGRASS] Raster time series and R - timezones?

news - PostgreSQL import works correctly. Due to a shame-on-me
error the script which was generating the CSV file didn't
always apply the "UTC" string.

I have posted a new sample data set here:
 modis_lst_time_series_demo2.tar.gz

TODO (for me):
- try Rdbi import (maybe the timestamps survive)
- try harder

if it still fails in R, I'll sketch the mail.
