[STATSGRASS] gstat on mac osx with grass

Massimo, is there a specific reason why you tried gstat 2.4.0 instead of the
more recent 2.4.5? I'm asking this because in my working version all 
files related
to csf (PCRaster) have been removed; csf is picked up as a separate library
when present, or picked up as part of (recent releases of) gdal.
