Dear Markus and Roger,

Thanks for your help; I modified Scrip.sh as follow:

#!/bin/sh
export R_LIBS=/home/ghislain/R/i486-pc-linux-gnu-library/2.10/
export GRASS_BATCH_JOB=/home/ghislain/my_grassjob.sh
grass64 /home/ghislain/grassdata/Geo/PERMANENT

And everything is working fine !!
