[Chief Return Officer (CRO) - GRASS GIS election 2024]

Dear members of the GRASS GIS community,

Paulo van Breugel has accepted a nomination made by Verónica Andreo.

Paulo is a long term GRASS power user and developer. He has developed 
many GRASS addons. He usually creates blog posts and tutorials 
(https://ecodiv.earth/) using GRASS tools and he also teaches some 
classes with GRASS GIS. Together we did the first ever GRASS GIS 
workshop in The Netherlands in 2017! Paulo's experience and skills will 
help bridge the gap between maintainers and new users and contributors.
