[GRASS translations] grasstcl_am.po file

Hello All,

Here I attached the PO files which I started for
grasstcl file.I cound't still to install the
software.It stops syaing this
" checking for tk.h... no
  configure: error: *** Unable to locate Tk includes."

I have tried to install Tcl/Tk  I am still trying .can
any one help me on this.
