[GRASS-translations] updated translations

Hi Javier,

for translating you can select from programs like kbabel, poEdit and
others.  
The best place where you can obtain files for translation is this:
http://svn.osgeo.org/grass/grass/branches/releasebranch_6_4/locale/po/ 

here you just download the files you want to translate. In this case, I
think you need files with _es.po ending for Spanish language like
grasswxpy_es.po
