[GRASS-translations] translation_in_spanish

Dear all,

I am Joana Palahí from SIGTE (University of Girona). We would like to 
collaborate with the translation of Grass in Spanish. We wonder if there 
is someone coordinating a team-work with this objective, or if there are 
new translated messages that are still not updated in the wiki.
