[GRASS-translations] Translation of Windows v.digit interfaces TclTk

Greetings

For Windows, GRASS6.4. still uses Tcl/Tk digitizer and I would like to 
translate some sentences and words. This is controlled in 
grasslibs_XX.po file or the tcl?
