Hello Monica

YOu can do exacly the same thing but in this case for grassmods_pt.po 
(pt in my language). If you are using po editor check if it has tagged 
as Fuzzy (orange/yellow or highlighted the cloud icon on the manage bar).
Maybe Markus or Mark are better suitable to explain this to you
