[GRASS-translations] Translation of messages and errors in Scripts

And how about 6.4.0/1/2 ? It means that they are not scanned so I cannot
translate them?
In my case I'm using Python scripts runned from Sh.exe (in Windows)
I'm willing do add by hand the input messages and the output I just need to
know where to add them? grasslibs?
