[GRASS-translations] Translation of Map Display title

If I understood correctly, I have it translated to Polish, and it is
in grasswxpy_pl.po
Here:

#, python-format
msgid "GRASS GIS Map Display: %(id)d  - Location: %(loc)s"
msgstr "Okno Mapy GRASS GIS:  %(id)d  - lokacja: %(loc)s"

I need to check it again but in Prague I had a vague feeling that
strings which are translated are not translated when I was switching
from one user to another on my laptop. Strange.  Win7. Even more
strange ;)
