[GRASS-translations] Transifex manager wanted for GRASS GIS!

I believe I'm already a translator for the pt_br language. i can see 2
projects there. Grass7 and Grass7.2.

I was testing the interface and translated a couple of lines. But I'll wait
a bit more.
