ERDAS conversions: to & fro

	We are having difficulty importing ERDAS .LAN files with the r.in.erdas
command.  Some of the resulting raster files are 'corrupted'.  We did the 
the required 7.4 to 7.3 conversion within ERDAS prior to import to GRASS.  Any
suggestions , tips, or hints?  

also:
	1) Can ERDAS .gis files be imported using r.in.erdas?

	2) Has anyone ever exported a GRASS raster file into ERDAS? (how?)
