  I am trying to ortho-rectify an aerial photo to an elevation map.  In the 
workshop I took at the GRASS Conference a GRASS program called i.ortho.rectify
was mentioned.  I am interested in using this program but cannot find it
anywhere in the 4.0 release.  Anyone know where to find it?  I also want
to find i.ortho.control, i.ortho.initial, i.ortho.reference.  I thought they
were suppose to be in src.alpha, but ...
