All of the individual commands that you are searching for can be run within
the GRASS program i.rectify.blk, which has several options.

i.ortho.reference=Compute image-to-photo transformation parameters

i.ortho.initial=Initialize exposure station parameters

i.ortho.control=Compute ortho-rectification parameters

i.ortho.rectify=Ortho-rectify imagery files

Also, i.rectify.blk was formerly called i.rectify.block and may still be
referred to by it's old name in out-of-date documentation.
