EARSeL : PR for GRASSbeginners manual

Dear Martijn van Leusen,

Would it be possible to put your manual on the moon or in a place that
can be reached in the States.  We have a problem ftping out of the
country at the present time (supposedly it has to do with the way the
security on our system is set up and they haven't gotten around to getting
it fixed yet). It would be nice to be able to get a copy of your manual.
