     I can't find them on the site either.  If Ronald Thomas could resend the
files, I'll make sure they stay permanent.  My guess is that one of the many
scripts we have running on the ftp site managed to erase or destroy the
files.  I'll look into the problem.
     As an aside, there are archives of the list with headers (the Arc-??-92
files that can be retreived over the list) in

/grass/grassHopper/archives/grassu
	and
/grass/grassHopper/archives/grassp
