xgen 1.1 binary

As I noted in a message I sent a few days ago, xgen 1.1 is on the
ftp site (moon.cecer.army.mil (129.229.1.16). I put a compiled binary
for SunSPARCS running SunOS 4.1.1, but neglected to statically compile.

If you grabbed it and were getting messages like:

  ld.so: libXm.so.1: not found

Then you'll want to get it again.
