rim documentation

The docuementation for rim supplied with grass4.0 src.related/rim has
(finally) be converted to postscript. You will find these files
(rimint.ps.Z and rimref.ps.Z) on moon.cecer.army.mil under doc/rim.  I
have no idea what they look like when printed so use them at your own
risk, but they will undoubtedly be useful.
