The 4.0 DRAFT Programmers Manual was infact very incomplete. I have placed
what I hope is a full version on moon.cecer.army.mil. Please try once more
Is the 3.0 manual incomplete as well?

|I have tried to download both the 3.0 and the 4.0 programmers manuals
|from the GRASS ftp server. However, when I "un-cpio" them and print
|the postscript I seem to get just the first section (approx 14 pages)
|in the doc.ps file. The index.ps looks fine and I get one figure in the
|third postscript file.
|	I made sure that I had set "type binary" in ftp and uncompressed
|the files correctly. Would it be possible for someone to check out the 
|data on the ftp server to make sure that the complete documents are
|there?
