The 3.0 manual on the  ftp  site  IS  complete  (~300  pages).  I
suspect  your  printer  can't  handle this size document. You can
check yourself to see how many pages are in the doc.ps  file  you
got by:
	grep Page doc.ps

|The 3.0 Programmers manual was similarly incomplete. The last page
|printed was page 14 (blank) from the doc.ps file. One figure was 
|printed and what apperas to be the complete index (pg 275 - 280).
