ortho-photo rectification

As a follow up to Jim's bug fix message regarding orthophoto rectification
programs, I have successfully rectified spearfish example photos, but don't
have any experience working with "real" data.  I did have a tutorial by
my side which was most useful.  Perhaps I should make this available
through the GRASS info center and also make it available with several
other tutorials recently added to moon.cecer.army.mil.
