Keysyms & Xgrass

I cannot seem to remove the problem with keysym errors with xgrass.
I have moved XKeysymDB to the relevant magic location after removing
the header info, but this does not seem to work.  

I am running Grass4.0 on a Sun IPX.  Any ideas?
