installation problems on Sun 4

Installation/compilation problems with RIM should be directed to
Dave Satnik (satnikdb at cwu.bitnet).  We are trying to find out all the
compilation problems on the different machines.  With a couple of
minor changes to the date, time and exit routines, it now compiles
just fine on a Mac II/fx with A/UX version 3 (which comes standard
with a Fortran compiler); however, we still haven't got the
s.db.rim and v.db.rim programs going in this environment because
of A/UX library conflicts when compiling programs which use both
C and Fortran routines.
