Regarding the order of image classification and rectification:
You can classify an image after rectification. However, rectification
does involve resampling of your original image. Therefore, to get
more accurate classification results, it is better to do image
classification first, followed by image rectification.
After classification, add your classified image to the same imagery
group file (i.group) that contains your original bands so that they
can all be rectified at once using i.points and i.rectify.
