v.report problems

There are memory problems with 4.0 vectors. Fixes for these are on ftp
site moon.cecer.army.mil. Did you get these fixes? If so, did you
recompile v.report?

|Kevin Wickey replied asking if we had converted from 3.0 to 4.0.

|The files were created in 4.0.
|
