ARC/INFO Image Integrator and GRASS4.0

Does anyone know how to get ARC/INFO's Image Intergrator to recognize GRASS4.0
cell files.  The Image Integrator will recognize GRASS3.0 cell files.  The
difference seems to be in the GRASS cell color table format, which changed
from 3.0 to 4.0. Is there any way to change my 4.0 cell color tables to
the 3.0 format without re-loading the GRASS3.0 program?
