4105 monitor troubles

I have not discovered who wrote this driver. It will not compile at CERL
either. The only help I can give is that the things like PIX_CLR I think
are sun pixrect graphic #defines. 

If the author of the 4105 driver is reading this list, please let us know.

|     Can you make any helpful suggestions?  I get a very similar error on a
|SUN Sparc 2+.
