Digitized topo to DEM

get the s.surf.tps (new) code from the mood via FTP.  Its
a super package.  We have been using it w/ digitized contours and
are very pleased with results.  Be sure to get the man page.  There
is an article on in the the last GRASSCLIPPINGS.
