Building of a vector map using v.in.tiger12

	Can I directly build a vector map of roads or property line ..
using v.in.tiger12 ?  

	Also, what is this tlid file and how do I get these tlid numbers so that
I can specify them to v.in.tiger12 as an input file.

	If I want to simply extract the county boundaries what is the feature
that I should use ? (property line or statistical area boundary or block boundary ?)

	I really appreciate any help.
