U.S. Geologic Survey POCs

Hello all, 
	I need to get ahold of the USGS to get some of their products for import
into ARC/INFO, specifically either DLG data or land use and land cover data
(GIRAS) for FT. Irwin, CA. Anybody know who I should talk to? Thanks in advance.
