v.in.arc on GRASS4.1beta

When using this command we get the following message:

v.in.arc type=line lines_in=okla.try vector_out=okcounties       
v.in.arc: Coverage type = line
Cannot find ARC/INFO lines file <okla.try>

You have to creat a directory called "arc" under your mapset ($LOCATION) and
move your arc/info coverage file to this directory in order to use v.in.arc
read it.
