List manager reminder post

     There is now a monthly-posted refresher/introduction to the list manager
software that runs the GRASS Users' and Programmers' lists.  Hopefully this
will help introduce newcomers, as well as refresh everyone's memory.
     If once a month is felt to be not often enough, feel free to contact me.
