IPW

Thanks for your pointer to IPW. There is also some folks at EPA who have done
some work at making it easier to move from GRASS to IPW and back. They
have also done some other work to add functionality to IPW. Their code
is also available for ftp, and will soon be incorpoartaed into the UCSB code.
