Request for basic GRASS info

<The best way to learn GRASS will be to go through the 
<User's Manual.

Conversely, a quick way to find out the command set of grass is to
execute g.manual without any program name, spacebar through the list
of commands, and at the very end g.manual will allow you to print the
whole list.

If then you have a syntax problem execute "g.manual program name" and
you will get a list of switches and usage.
