Summagraphics Driver

Hi, regarding recent questions concerning Summagraphics digitizer
drivers for Grass, I've placed driver code in the incoming directory
on the moon.

        Files: summa-mg3.cpio.Z and summa-mg3.README
	Ref:   Summagraphics Microgrid III with 16 button cursor
	Note:  works with grass4.0/v.digit, grass4.1/v.digit2

Unfortunately, I've never been able to get this digitizer to work with
the new v.digit shipped with 4.1.
