Thessian Polygons

Can some kind soul please tell me how
to generate Thessian Polygons from 
point data (raster or site) using
GRASS.

I have been through the manual but
it was no help.  Perhaps there was
something I missed!

Any hints or suggestions would be
very much appreciated.
