s.voronoi update on moon

This was updated "11:21 a.m. EST 8 Feb" to fix a problem in 
the Gmakefile. If you've already snagged it, change line
19 to read "$(BIN_MAIN_CMD)/s.delaunay: $(DTRI) $(LIBES)"
(instead of "(BIN_MAIN_CMD)/s.voronoi: $(VORO) $(LIBES)").
You can also remove the "-g" flag at the top of the file.
