I don't know about you all, but 100 bucks a night is too steep for my 
project's budget for the upcoming GRASS meeting.  If anyone else is 
as cheap as me, they may want to know that the Comfort Inn (<1 mile) 
from the Hyatt is a lot cheaper.  I got a double for S65.  They are 
providing free shuttle service to the Hyatt and Dulles Airport.
